Listen to your Inner Self

Are you listening to your Inner Self?

The connection with Self. Something that most of us have forgotten about or not even acknowledge. We are all so entangled in our everyday life and responsibilities, that we barely ever take a moment to connect with ourselves. With the true us.

The one that always knows what is best, no matter the situation. The one that we refuse to listen to. The one that always has our best interest and yet we shut him/her down. The one whose opinion should be the only we care about. The one that has , is and will always be there for us. And yet, we are so disconnected. We have forgotten he/she is there. We push him/her to the side\, to the backburner, to a far corner, and continue to “live” . Or at least we continue to be in the illusion of “living”. Usually tired, bored, unsatisfied.

But what if we could just reconnect. Start feeling, breathing, loving , truly living as we have always supposed to? What if we just start listening to ourselves, for real, and start living from our hearts instead? How would you feel if you knew that you can be happy, loved, healthy, abundant, and so much more. It may seem impossible. But I can guarantee you is not. It takes courage for some, letting go for others, shifting for all. It begins with a choice. Choose you. Go deep and find yourself again. Then magic starts happening. Effortlessly. Always.

Nothing happens by chance (The impact of our choices on our life)

Nothing happens by chance, everything in life happens by choice. Things don’t happen just because, things happen cause you have helped crating them in your life.

What do you choose today? Ask yourself and be honest.

Every choice we make has an impact on our life. You may not see it immediately unfolding but it’s coming. Poor , unaligned choices will take you down a path you don’t really want to go down.

So, what do you choose?

I choose to take my power back.

I choose to be healthy.

I choose to be beautiful.

I choose to be safe. I choose to be abundant.

I choose to be happy.

I choose to love.

I choose to be loved.

I choose to be a shinning light.

I choose to dream.

I choose to believe I can have anything I want effortlessly.

I choose everyday, to be my best self.

And when things fall apart, when things don’t go as “planned”, I get to choose again. What do you choose?

Choose boldly, unapologetically, wildly and lovingly always. There are no limits. You can have all you want.

Self esteem versus self worth

Self Esteem Versus Self Worth (what is the difference)

 Are self-worth and self-esteem the same thing? If you go and you look it up at a dictionary, the definition for self-esteem is self-worth and definition for self-worth is self-esteem. So that makes it kind of complicated to actually understand. They seem to be the same thing but they are actually not.

Self-esteem has to do with the way that yousee yourself and your belief. The belief of who you are in this planet. Self-esteem has a lot to do with the 3d world that we live in, with thi sphysicality that we have and what we are expected to do. Or what our society declares that we have to do. The way that we see ourselves and the role that we play in this planet.

Self-worth has actually a more spiritual definition. Self-worth has to do with the essence of who you truly are. Self-worth has a spiritual meaning.

Where does self worth comes from?

Self-worth really has to do with your essence and with a spiritual plane instead of a 3d earthy plane that we live in. So you can understand really why these two concepts are so different. Self-worth has to do with the essence of who you truly are. There is nothing that you can do to change that. It’s the value that you have as a person.There’s nothing that you can do to increase your self-worth and there’s nothing that you can do to decrease your self-worth. Your self-worth just is. It’s your birth right. You are worth it. There is nothing that you or anybody cando to change that.

It’s something that you have been assigned, something that has been encoded in you even before you were born. The problem is that usually with get tangled up in what our society awaits for us or from us. That’s where it gets like a little bit tricky, because we start comparing ourselves to people, we start comparing our goals, we start comparing our so-called success to others and that is where we get really confused about the self-esteem and the self-worth.

Let’s talk about self esteem

Self-esteem has a lot to do with measuring ourselves to others. Unfortunately we confuse the concept of self-worth with self-esteem even though they are very very different. The problem is that if you continue to compare your self’s worth and your self-esteem you maybe left very confused. Your self-worth just is. It’s for you to see it is for you to value it. Your self-worth is so valuable that there is nothing you can do to increase it. It’s something that you just have. You are so valuable that there’s no way to measure that.

There’s a lot of people that has a lot of self-esteem but they don’t have self-worth. You see them or you hear them and you know that their self-esteem is very very very high. However in many cases their self-worth is not there. They don’t feel valuable, they don’t feel lovable, they don’t feel worth it.

All of this really has to do with perception, and self-love. Just love yourself. You are worth it, you are valuable, you are important. You are here with a mission you just need to remember that all the time. Don’t let yourself get tricked with somebody else’s rules or concepts of what you are supposed to be or what you are supposed to achieve in order for you to feel worth it. Because you are worth it. Your self-worth is unmeasurable. It’s so valuable you cannot really measure that, it’s just there, it just is. I hope that this clears a little bit the misconceptions between self-worth and self-esteem that they are the same. They are truly not. Just know that you are worth it, you are valuable. You are perfect the way you are.

It’s OK to dislike ( the surprising reason why)

Why is it okay to dislike something or somebody and why is it fine when we are in this journey of self-growth and spirituality and attracting things into our life

When you are awakening, on your spiritual journey, when you are thinking about what’s best for your life many times we feel that it is wrong if we don’t like something. We are all on this journey where we seem to be needing to be positive all the time and happy all the time. And then things will come to us we are manifesting, we are living the best life always and in order to do that we need to be positive all the time.

In reality is not like that, it’s not real, that is not the way that anyone lives. It is not a fact that you’re gonna be able to be happy 24 7 365. The reality is life happens and sometimes you’re not gonna be able to be as happy or or you know to be in the highest vibration that you could possibly be. It’s just life, is the way it is. We are human and we are here to have a human experience.

The world we live in

We live in a world of duality and I think that most of us sometimes forget that. This is a good reason why it’s good to know what you don’t like. When you dislike something and you’re able to recognize it, and you know exactly what it is that you don’t like you now have awareness. This can help you actually grow and expand, and be better and by contrast it helps you define what you actually like and what you’re actually passionate about. What you love and what are the good things that you should be focusing on instead of focusing on something that you truly do not like. I know it seems controversial but the reality is when you are able to recognize that there is something that you dislike you’re actually opening the doors of expansion to experience things that you do like. Because now that you know what you don’t like and you know how to deal with it you know how not to focus upon the thing you know how to react in a different manner towards it.

You know by contrast the good things that can come and you are actually making a space for all of these other good things that can come to you. Remember the best is always coming. Noone should feel guilty about being in a spiritual journey and disliking because there’s this talk about you know you need to like everything because you’re spiritual and you’re positive and that’snot the way it works.

It’s not fair to think that that’s the way that it’s going to work because it won’t . So in this duality you need to recognize actually what you don’t like, focus so you know how to deal with it, you know what to do with it and you know not to particularly pay attention to it anymore. When you are in this con discordance with something it just means by contrast, by duality that there is something on that other side that you actually agree with or that you love with or that you can act upon it.

If you are an overthinker, I have some amazing tips for you that are going to help you on your everyday life. They’re also going to help you become your best self and live at peace and ease and in flow which is what we all truly truly want right?

How does overthinking works?

Overthinking happens to the best of us. But why does overthinking happen? There might be some sort of situation that you are facing in your life, there might be something that you gotta buy like a big big purchase, something related to work, something related to school, something related to your parents, something related to your children…

It usually has to do with something perceived as big in your life on your mind, where a decision needs to be made. Though overthinking can happen at any time sometimes it happens also with the small and tiniest things that actually trigger you. You go into this carousel ride where you cannot seem to be able to hop off because you’re just going round and round and round and round and round about the same thing over and over and over again. Sometimes you think about this particular situation only in one way and you just think multiple times about the same thing . Some other times, overthinking may take you of thinking about a situation and start playing all of the different possible scenarios as to the decision that you need to make and how they are going to play out .

The truth is, if you are over thinking like if you think too much too many times whatever the situation is, it can end up driving you insane, because your mind is super active you are not able to just make a decision and you’re just gonna go round and round and round and round and it’s gonna wear you out.

Why does overthinking happens?

Here is the truth. This may be revealing to some of you, it was very revealing to me when I found out about this. I couldn’t believe that spiritually this is really what is going on. Let me let you in on this little secret. Overthinking, we all know that it happens because we have an overactive mind right? The mind just cannot stop, just keeps going and going and going and going and it’s usually linked to a particular situation or event. A decision that you have to make and what the possible outcome may be, doesn’t make you feel good at all .

Most of the times you cannot see a way out. You don’t feel good about it and you just don’t know what to do. This is why your mind just keeps on going and going. But let me tell you a little secret.

The spiritual cause of overhtinking

When you are overthinking it’s just a sign that your heart is closing. Your heart is shutting down and you cannot come out of this shell, of this thing. It’s as if you’re shrinking, you’re getting smaller, because your mind just goes and goes and goes and goes. The first thing that you need to do is have the awareness, have the acknowledgement that you are overthinking.

The second thing that I need you to do once that you realize this, is to stop for a minute and just step away from the situation. You’re gonna tell me: oh it’s so hard to step away from it…

Believe me if, you have the time to keep on thinking and thinking about it, you also have the time to just stop thinking and step away. Once that you have stepped away from it, you need to calm your mind. Clear your mind, and let that go in the back seat just for a little minute until you’re able to make that decision.

How to clear your mind

One of the best things that you can do in order to clear your mind is to come back to your self, to your inner self. Your inner self knows what’s best for you always. We just shut down our inner self, our intuition when they are just trying to talk to us all the time. We are not listening to it . Take a deep breath, come back to yourself, and calm down. Just take a couple of deep breaths, let it go. Go and watch tv if you need to, go and grab a book if you need to. Just step away from it for a few minutes and then you can come back to the matter at hand with a clearer perspective.

If you actually close your eyes, put your hands to your heart and think about the situation for a second. Once that you open your eyes, I can guarantee you, you’re only going to have and see one solution for this thing that you are facing. And just like that you have made a decision quicker than you ever had. And it’s actually the right decision to make because your inner self is talking to you.

The clarity of self

We have to make friends with our mind, we have to make friends with our body, we have to make friends with everything that is happening inside of us. It will allow us to shift, in order to clear it, to be our best version and live the life that we want at ease and peace. In flow and just be happy about it.

If you are an overthinker, just make the recognition, be aware that you’re doing this. It’s nothing bad, it’s just a sign of a mind that is just overworking. Once that we can make friends with this fact, once that we recognize this , we can go back to ourselves. We can make the right decision and we can let our heart open. If you keep on thinking and thinking about it, you’re just gonna shut down. You don’t even realize you’re doing this. This part you don’t realize you’re doing, it’s super unconscious. The conscious part is that you keep on thinking and thinking about something else so just be open be open. It’s gonna pay out for you big time I promise you. When you recognize this you can start making amazing decisions that are actually heart centered and conscious. Because now we know.
